Gandusha, or oil mouthwash, is a daily Ayurvedic detoxification ritual aimed at reducing gum inflammation, gently eliminating bad oral bacteria and freshening breath.

Traditionally, this practice involves rinsing the mouth with oil for 20 minutes each day, followed by expectoration.
